This awesome guy stripped off & started playing his bagpipes to the delight of the crowd at Hempfest. Towards the end of the video security asks him to get dressed - but don't worry, after their conversation about the legality of it and the crowd showed their support for him, they decided to let him be free and naked! At least until the event ended 10 min later.
